Orienteering Competition

 

On the 27th April representatives from St Chad's took part in the 2016 Orienteering Competition at Astley Park in Chorley.

 

Overall, out of 15 we came 12th. To say it was our first competition, it was a fair start and lessons were learnt. Everyone, rose to the challenge and had fun in the sunshine.

 

Orienteering Club takes place on Thursdays after school with Mrs Deacon and Mrs Mcgar.

 

We do map reading skills and navigation skills with the Juniors using our new orienteering course.
